Business Development Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Executive to support our growth efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, highly organized and able to identify new opportunities, nurture relationships and contribute to revenue targets. You will work closely with leadership to expand Avlyon client base, build a strong pipeline and strengthen our presence in key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, outreach and networking
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects across multiple regions
- Prepare proposals, capability presentations and pitch materials with guidance from the leadership team
- Work closely with product, engineering and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records
- Support end to end BD activities including meetings, demos, follow ups and negotiations
- Assist in developing and executing BD strategies for targeted verticals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas of opportunity
- Represent Avlyon on LinkedIn, events and digital platforms to strengthen brand visibility
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales or account management preferably in IT or SaaS
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and manage professional relationships
- Good understanding of technology concepts and interest in the software industry
- Strong research and analytical capabilities
- Experience working with CRM tools is an advantage
- Self motivated with a results focused mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and remote first environment
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with cloud, software development, or SaaS products.
- Previous experience in early-stage or fast-scaling companies.
