Business Development Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Lead / Manager who can drive Avlyon’s growth by acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships across both our services and product offerings.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding client challenges, recognizing how technology can solve them, and helping organizations realize their potential through the right mix of services and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across services and emerging products.
- Understand client pain points and translate them into technology-driven solutions.Present Avlyon’s capabilities and value proposition with clarity and confidence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, demos, and solution outlines.
- Manage the full business development cycle up to contract signing and deal closure.
- Build strong relationships with client decision-makers and partners.
- Maintain a structured pipeline and achieve business growth targets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business development or consultative sales within IT or software services.
- Strong understanding of solution-based selling, software delivery, and technology products.
- Ability to assess client needs and position relevant services or solutions effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with international clients.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with cloud, software development, or SaaS products.
- Previous experience in early-stage or fast-scaling companies.
