About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to manage multiple projects, including fixed-cost and time & material engagements. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive project execution efficiently using modern tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT consultancy or software development.
• In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, and industry best practices for project execution.
• Proven experience in managing both fixed-cost and time & material projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, including remote teams, to achieve project success.
• Experience in risk management, including the implementation of mitigation strategies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in startup environments is a plus.
